At Brewace Tea, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are 100% unsatisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
How Returns Work
Initiate Return
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products.
Pickup Scheduled
A courier will collect the item(s) from your address within 1–2 days after your return request is confirmed.
Refund Processed
Once the item is picked up and inspected, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
Return Period
You can return unopened and unused tea products within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products must be in their original, sealed condition to be eligible for a return.
Refund Timeline
Once the item is picked up and inspected, we will process your refund within 48 hours. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used tea products are not eligible for return. If you believe you received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
