Cancellation Window

Cancellations must be requested within 2 days of placing the order.

Dispatched Orders

Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Defective

Report damaged items within 2 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are credited within 6–8 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Brewace Tea believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been processed and dispatched by our team.

Consumable Goods

Brewace Tea does not accept cancellations for consumable goods like tea mixes once the product has been shipped. However, a refund or replacement can be initiated if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory or the product was received in a damaged condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be processed after the item is checked and verified at our end. This should be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.

Product Not as Described

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your concern and take an appropriate decision.

Third-Party Warranty

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a third-party warranty or certification, please refer the issue to the respective provider.

Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by Brewace Tea, it will take 6–8 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer's account.
